What you need

    • Insert a standard paper clip into the holes on both sides of the watch that connect the watch's face with the wrist strap.

    It may be easier to push the pins out in one direction. Unfortunately, I do not recall which direction was easier…

    Tool used on this step:
    Tweezers

    • Apply an upward pressure to the holes until the locking pins release.

    • Use precision tweezers to remove the pins that connect the face with the strap.

  3. Polar M400 Watch Wrist Strap Replacement: step 3, image 1 of 1
    • Once the pins are released, the old wrist strap should snap off.

    • Simply lock the new wrist strap into place.

I am trying to do the same on my Polar v800 and I cannot remove the locking pins, they seem to be “stuck”, any idea how to loosen them?

Polar won’t sell spare parts so where can I buy a replacement screen or a replacement front case for the M430?
