first step on the bottom of the sink you will see a water tank.
so the next step is to close the vault so slowly turn the vault to the right side.
then you can see the vault is 90 degrees opposite to the direction when it was open so it means that it is close now.

then we will check again by opening the tap whether the water is coming out from it or not.
as you can see that due to lose neck the water is leaking from the sink to the down.
due to the leakage it can cause a great damage in the future so it is necessary to tight the lose neck of the water dispenser.
as you can see from the below too the neck is not in the assigned place so in the next step we will tight it

so in this step i have readjust the pipe. In the originally way it was.
And make sure that the realignment you have do it should be proper and make sure that it has no gap in it.
And after realignment check from all the sides that there are no place from where it can be leak.
