Use this guide to perform a hard reset.

Step 1 Samsung BlackJack Hard Reset

• Press and hold the power button located on the top of the phone to turn off the phone.
Step 2



• Press and hold the "UP" navigation button and the "End Call" buttons simultaneously for five seconds.
Step 3


• Press and hold down the power button to turn the phone back on.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset.
