If your wristband has visible damage, is worn, torn or broken the following guide will help you repair your problem.

What you need

  1. VTech Kidizoom Smartwatch DX2 Wristband Replacement, Wristband: step 1, image 1 of 1

    • Begin by placing the watch on its side.

    • Next, use the flat end of the spudger to wedge between the small-headed pin (located on the band closest to the watch) to pull the pin up through the other side.

    • Pull the pin out, however not fully, feeling slight resistance is normal.

    • Finally, pull the wristband off. Repeat on the opposite side of the watch if necessary.

My Vtech DX2 had a split pin. One side of the pin was the long side and the other very very short. So look out for that. Thanks for this tutorial, was very helpful.
