Blades can be damaged by being dropped, misused, or not being properly taken care of. In any of these circumstances, a replacement is typically required.

Because the blades are sharp, make sure to wear gloves or some sort of hand protection while handling the blades in order to avoid any sort of injury.

Before beginning this guide, make sure that the Wahl Lithium Ion Trimmer is powered off and disconnected from any source of electricity.

    • Examine the razor to identify any broken or jammed blades, if any the whole set must be changed.

    • Unscrew the two Phillips screws with a Phillips #0 screwdriver.

    • Set those two screws aside for reassembly.

    • Apply pressure to the back side of the blades while pushing outward to completely remove the blade head.

    • Set aside the metal clip for reassembly

    • Separate the Wahl Lithium Ion Trimmer head into its four components.

    • Remove the damaged blade and replace it with a new one.

The spring popped out of the head, but your pictures are too blurry to see how it goes back together.
