Under these circumstances, there will certainly be no “next purchase”, and no other product from this company will ever be mine again.

"1. Carefully lift the sensor cover, but do not remove it completely, as the sensors are still connected. Do not remove the cover completely. Clamp a piece of cardboard or similar between the open side to hold it up.
2. use a cotton swap and isopropyl alcohol to remove any adhesive residue from the edge of the clock and the lid.
3. Carefully and sparingly apply 2-component adhesive, e.g. UHU Plus Endfest 300 (heat and water resistant) to the edge using a wooden skewer.
4. Press on the sensor cover and place something on top to weigh it down. Leave to harden for 24 hours. This is how it worked for me. All functions still work and charging works too. It may no longer be waterproof."
I tried that, but with a different adhesive. To apply it, I carefully clamped 2 long matches between the watch and the cover. Then I noticed that sometimes the crown does not react when I press on the cover. As far as I can tell, this is due to the angle of the case to the lid. If the lid is turned slightly in the direction of the tightening of the inner conductor track, which is slightly semi-circular, this causes the crown to stop or function. This must be taken into account when gluing the lid.
I also noticed that there is an extremely thin rubber ring on the side of the case, certainly for water resistance. This had become a little loose and should be checked for correct positioning before finally pressing the watch and cover together. I carefully clamped the watch between the rubber jaws of a vice to allow the glue to dry. This allows me to check the function of the crown as it dries.
I will also not check whether the watch is still water-resistant.
Wait long enough for the adhesive to dry.

Ich hab es ähnlich gemacht. Mittlerweile den 3. Versuch.
1. Versuch mit Sekundenkleber nur von außen
2. Auch von Außen mit einem Dauerelastischen Kleber
3. Versuch von innen mit KFZ Gehäusedichtmasse
Alle Versuche von außen waren leider erfolglos, da auf dem polierten Edelstahlgehäuse kein Kleber ordentlich hällt.
Mit der Dichtmasse hält bis jetzt am längsten.
