[* black] Your replacement display may come with a red plastic film on the back of the LCD.
[* black] If it does, use the pull tab near the home button to peel the plastic film from the LCD before installing the new display in your iPhone.
+[* black] When installing the new display assembly, be careful of the connectors (digitizer and LCD), sometimes the digitizer connector can stuck behind the aluminum shield, use a spudger to solve the problem pushing it through the right hole.
