-[* black] Your replacement display may come with a red plastic film on the back of the LCD.
+[* black] Your replacement display may come with colored plastic film on the back of the LCD.
[* black] If it does, use the pull tab near the home button to peel the plastic film from the LCD before installing the new display in your iPhone.
[* icon_reminder] During reassembly, mind the digitizer and LCD cables as they tend to get stuck behind the aluminum shield. If this happens, simply use a spudger to push the cables thru the right opening.
