-[* black] Use tweezers to grip the piece of plastic on the top left of the phone.
-[* black] Tilt the plastic forward towards the bottom of the phone until it is out from under the midframe.

+[* black] Tilt the plastic towards the bottom of the phone to disconnect it from the lip in the midframe.
