Editing Step 1 —
Weaken the battery's adhesive

Heat an iOpener and place it on the screen for two minutes in order to loosen the adhesive on the battery.

You may need to reheat and reapply the iOpener several times to get the phone warm enough. Follow the iOpener instructions to avoid overheating.
