Use the flat end of a spudger or your fingernail to flip up the retaining flaps on the parallax barrier ribbon cable ZIF sockets.

Be sure you are prying up on the hinged retaining flap, not the socket itself.

Use a pair of metal tweezers to disconnect the two ribbon cables.
