Sony NEX-5R Motherboard Replacement: step 0, image 1 of 1

  • Lift the LCD screen straight up and off of the camera. The motherboard frame is attached and the assembly will easily separate from the camera.

  • The lead connecting the LCD screen and the motherboard is fragile. Be careful not to damage the wiring or either end of the leads.
