    Removing the cover of the Apple IIc is the precursor to any repair on a computer and it allows you to view the eternal workings of this device.
    If your Apple IIc is having hardware problems, you will need to remove the cover to access most of the components. Use this guide for step-by-step instructions on how to safely do that.
    Before work is done on any electronics, be sure to disconnect them from power.
    Begin by having a large workspace so that parts can be kept neat and organized. Take care when prying in step 2 since the plastic may be brittle and susceptible to damage.

      Guide Steps

      Step 1

      Quita los seis tornillos de 19 mm con el destornillador Phillips #2.

      Step 2

      Libera la pestaña empujándola con una herramienta de apertura de plástico.

      Step 3

      Desliza la carcasa hacia los puertos en la parte trasera, entonces agarra por debajo de la pestaña y tira hacia arriba mientras la deslizas hacia los puertos para quitarla.
