    This guide will show how to install a battery.
    This guide will explain how to replace the battery of an LG VX6100 cellphone.
    The LG VX6100 uses a 3.7 volt, 1,000 milliamp per hour lithium ion battery. Lithium Ion batteries are highly reactive and can be extremely dangerous if handled incorrectly.     Discarded batteries should be disposed of in appropriate recycling bins which can be found at most electronic retailers.
      To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
      If after completing the replacement, the device still does not operate properly, further troubleshooting must be done to find and solve the issue.
