Causes
The charging cord needs a good connection to charge the battery. When connected properly, the LED indicators at the top of the speaker will flash white, and when fully charged, all 3 will be lit up solid white. If you have plugged in the X10 and the LED lights do not light up, consider the following;
Check the power source: Ensure the power cord is placed correctly in the outlet and charging port. If this outlet is not producing power try a different outlet.
Inspect the Charging Cable: Inspect the charging cable for damage. Charging cables can stop working after prolonged use or due to an unnoticed power surge. A damaged cable will no longer provide an electrical connection or charge your device and will need to be replaced.
