Make sure you have inserted the correct size paper (20-24#). Also, make sure the paper is loaded correctly. There should be no more than 25 sheets in the tray and it needs to be aligned correctly. Remove all paper from the paper feeder of the printer and make sure there is nothing obstructing the path.
