Hi Brandi! I have a couple possible solutions to your problem! One of which being that the buttons might be dirty- dust, crumbs, etc might have gotten stuck in/around the opening. This can definitely prevent the button from properly working and it is common in all electronics so don't worry! All you have to do is use a small, thin object like a toothpick to clean it out. Gently scrape around the button and in the crevices to clean it out. Another solution could be to lightly tap on the button to make it "unstick". This could have happened due to aggressive use so be sure to be as careful as you can when pressing down on buttons. Good luck, hope this helps!
