I followed exactly the method in Step 37. First, turn the screen over and warm up slightly around the home/Touch ID sensor , making the cable easier to come loose from the screen. I didn't use an opening pick, I used a spudger it worked fine, but be careful
There are 3 types of LCD screen manufacturers that Apple use for their mobile devices – Sharp, Toshiba and LG. The Sharp and Toshiba LCD screens are cross-compatible and you can use either of these screens on each handset, however, when you have an iPhone with an LG screen then you would only be able to use an LG screen replacement for these LG coded devices. Again, you might be wondering why. Well, if you fit a Toshiba or Sharp LCD to an iPhone that had an LG screen previously then the chances are you will either have no touch function or intermittent touch issues, so you must identify the screen manufacturer of your iPhone before ordering a premium replacement.

I used the following method to remove the tiny metal pin that holds the power button bracket:
I used a fine wire cutter (found in an electronica store) and pushed the pin up. Just enough so that I could remove the pin along the top without damaging it and have it placed in my new case
In my new Back Battery cover case there is no possibility to screwing the silver metal tab with these 2 screws to securing the copper flex cable . I only can put the silver metal tab with adhesives (double side tape)
In the middle of the volume buttons itself, on the inside is a round plate glued, you have to replace this on the new volume buttons
