Try this... Charge the Gamepad Unplug the power cord from the console Reset the Gamepad by pressing the power button once to turn it on. Press and hold the Gamepad power button until the Gamepad turns off. Wait 15 seconds. Press the power button once to turn the Gamepad on. Plug the console back in, turn it on. Sync the Gamepad again by pressing sync on the console twice then sync on the Gamepad. Enter the symbols shown on the TV screen in order.
