hi I had the same and i solved the riddle, go into the menu and find a link that says re format, once you do that it will all return back to normal with full memory It seems to get corrupted every now and then with a bogus file Kaicy Update: hi Debbie If that did not work then plug it into your pc, switch on the power, open my computer, double click the camera icon, then you will see the fixed storage bar, right click and then format, it will clear it all and your camera will be fully restored,.
