Lorraine what u should do is power it off for a few mins then turn it back on I have a 5 and it worked best of luck reply if it worked for u plz

Everyday I tried to turn it on and I couldn't get it on I left it on the charger for four days then at my basket ball turnament I told my friend and she said that if I push the home button and the locks teen button that it might work and what do u know it did plz contact me back if it worked for u
