Hi, this problem may have three solutions. 1. You may have to go to settings-press device (or scroll down to the device settings) press "sounds and notifications." If you scroll down you may see there is an "app notification" button you will have to press this button, now find and select "messaging" there might be two options "block" and "Priority" if "block" is switched on then switch it off and this should solve your problem 2. Reset the phone. Hold down the power button then press "reset" or "reboot". 3. Hard reset If neither of these solutions work for you it's time for the hard rest. *The hard reset does not erase any of your personal information*.
