The hardest part was getting that battery out! She definitely made it look easier than it was. It was also a bit challenging to get the front panel lifted off, but once I did the rest (besides the glue on that battery) was a breeze. I was concerned watching the video, initially, by the lack of instruction on putting the thing back together, but that part was absolutely the easiest.
If you handle everything gently, the whole process should be very straight-forward. When I turned it back on after the repair it couldn't find my wireless network. I just turned it off, popped the sim card out and back in again, turned it back on, and was good to go. It also didn't recognize that I had plugged it in and was not charging initially, but when I tried again a few minutes later all was good.
I am extremely pleased with the result of this repair, given that my old battery was down to about an hour of with almost no use. I've never done anything like this before, and it went as smoothly as one could hope!
