I can't see your image but it possible the same spring I couldn't relocate yesterday, it comes from the manual eject cog. If you have the drive so the white cogs are on the right hand side (there are 3 or 4 of them depending on your model from memory), about half way up there is a small black cog that the spring goes in.

Read moreNo I don't think this is correct, it is most likely that he has had a replacement screen and they have not used a repgromming unit to copy the data to the replacement screen. You can fix the issue if you have a reprogramming unit, you are probably better off asking local phone repair shops (or just giving the phone back to the individual you purchased it from). Sounds like it has had a hard life.
Read moreIf you haven't already, plug the controller in using the USB cable. If this doesn't work, press the reset button the back of the PS4 Controller (from memory I think it is on the right hand side), you will need a pin or something. If this doesn't work, hold the Ps and share button until the light indicator on the back flashes quickly. If none of these work, use a keyboard or borrow a ps4 controller, go to settings > devices > Bluetooth, then remove the dual shock controller. I usually restart my ps4 at this point however I don't think it is necessary, go back into the Bluetooth section, your playstation should now search for nearby Bluetooth devices, press the PS button on your controller. I sometimes find you have to use a combination of the option and the Ps share button bit.
Read moreCan you not just return them if they are new? I usually try a different USB cable first of all, then trying charging it directly from the power outlet instead of the PS4. I am not sure why this works, but I have had ones that don't charge off the ps4, then once I have charged them up once from the outlet they are usually OK on the ps4s USB sockets.
Read moreIf you have factory reset the chrome book and it asks you to re-enroll the device, your only option is to contact the seller unfortunately. Most companies will have the option set that they have tk be re-enrolled to their domain, you know incase someone steals it and sells it on Craigslist ?
Read moreMake sure you do the pair if you do decide to do it yourself. If you change out or repair the broken one, I always find that one is then stronger than the other and that one breaks within a year or two anyway (generally they sell them in pairs anyway).
