All of the "solutions" in the ILIVE IKB384S Troubleshooting list assume that the operator has done something incorrectly, or the blame lies somewhere in the power source. I own one of these and have experienced some of the problems from the list above, in addition the remote that came with it has not worked since day one.

I am in agreement with Betty O who states that "this radio is a piece of crap". It seems that the solution is to buy another brand.

I received this radio/cd/bluetooth player two weeks ago from amazon. It seems to work fine but the remote does not work properly. I changed the battery and now it works but the buttons do the wrong thing like the board is turned around wrong. any advice?

Excellent detailed instructions and cautions. Even the magnified pictures are very good. A bit more complicated than a Dell or Toshiba. Mahalo.
