For people having this issue, this thread helped me: iMac 27 2013 (3 Beeps for RAM Issue) Tested other RAM and no luck Seems a faulty audio/headphone jack can cause this issue, I changed the motherboard twice, tested all RAM memories, and was pulling my hairs until I disconnected the audio/headphone jack and the iMac booted perfectly.

I'm in this same boat. Bought two optical drives, and when installed the Playstation 4 won't turn on, with the old one it turns on but the disc sensor doesn't work and won't receive discs...
