Thx for your help, i have changed the fan, i've used a PWM 120 mm fan. Now the Xbox is quiet, the hard drive is louder than the fan :) It's a shame for Microsoft quality control, a lot of people got this problem (and some are thinking the buzzing noise is normal)

Hi ricardo I got the same problem, is it easy to change the bearing? (can i dissemble the fan without removing all the heatsink?) I was thinking to change the fan myself but i don't know if the Xbox One fan is compatible with the One S fan. Thx
