I think your charging ic has got some issues. Take this phone to someone who fix motberboards. Hope this might help.

I had this issue several times with my customers. Most of the time by cleaning with alcoholic liquid cleaner or nail polish remover, it will work 100% clear. Make sure you clean the camera lens and exact place where camera stays. Be very gentle while cleaning, because it may crack the part. I am sharing 2 picture with red circles which has to be clean with the liquid i mentioned. Hope it will help. ☺
