Hello, The important point here is, How many beeps do you get. The number of beeps is an indicator as to what the problem actually is. Do a search then for " x number of beeps when starting computer" read up on the links from there to get to the bottom of the issue.
Hello, The important point here is, What is the operating system? As a new pc will have minimal programs installed things run smoothly. As time goes by and you install programs, the software companies deem their program is very important and will have the program set to start automatically (which uses up some resources). Even though you are not actually using the program. Over time the number of these builds up eventually slowing down your system. As so many are started , that you do not automatically need right away. What you need to do is to review start up procedure to disable auto start on programs you do not automatically need straight away. This does not mean to say that when you click on the program it will not start. It will work fine when you click on it to start in. It just means when you boot the pc it does not start it there and then. Let me know the so and I can try and guide you from there.
worked a treat, was just very patient and careful when dis-assembling. Some bits did not come apart at first attempt. 'carefully wend back and redid steps, it worked. Taped sheets of paper to work area and labelled each part of the phone on the sheets as I went along also marked each step as per steps/screenshots on tutorial.
Just worked backwards on my numbered steps from my sheets. Patience is the key to getting this right first time.
Thanks for putting the tutorial together. Appreciated.
