I have the same problem: the bulbs/fuses/etc. all work, but various branches will not light. I think it's wiring. Since I like the tree, and it is hinged, I am considering removing the attached lights, attaching new LED lights (separate strand for each section) which will plug together when all sections are attached. I would never consider doing what I heard someone else did: which is to go out and buy a new identical tree, keep the receipt, and return the old defective tree in it's place. You'd definitely get lumps of coal in your stocking.

Total surprise: try "restarting" your phone. Not "Power Off" and waiting. Not "Airplane Mode." I posted earlier, and yes, removing Zedge fixed partly. But I am older and back when we used paper clips to reboot our laptops, I was told "restarting" was not long enough and that we should turn off for a few minutes. It may be coincidence, and something else (Update? Dropped the phone? Extraterrestial psychic hacking?) but after just Restart" it came right back on. I waited a while, restarted, and it worked again. Then the next day, I held my breath, crossed my fingers for luck, turned it completely off, waited 5 minutes, turned it back on, worked fine. WT

... Optimizing 1 of 2 apps... I drleted zedge, so now it's down to "1 of 1 apps". I deleted many of the others, and it fixed the problem completely. So.I reloaded a few and I'm back to "1 of 1" Definitely was Zedge, but need to remove the others again and see what hits. Since both Zedge & True Caller affect phone calls, I'm looking for that common factor. Wish me luck.

Shark Rocket HV301 Hose Replacement

Instructions are pretty much the same for the Shark Rocket bare floor attachment:

Dust-Away Hard Floor Attachment (HVDA300),

except you don't have any electrical wires & stuff. Unscrew from underneath, unscrew the hose - but I swear it must have been made down under where everything spins in the opposite direction - I believe it was "Righty Loosey, Lefty Tighty" Go figure.

The bilge pump hose diameter was smaller (but I could have probably MacGyvered it). Instead - I resorted to super nuclear black Flex Tape (as seen on TV) from Home Depot. You will need 2 pairs of hands to tape - one to hold the hose together, & one to carefully tape (it is NOT repositionable ; you get one chance).

Lets hope the tape works as advertised!

I took my old hose from my Shark Rocket HV300 to Home Depot, & the bilge hose is smaller in diameter. But Home Depot also sells FLEX TAPE as seen on TV.

I have not found replacement, but since my hose was not totally destroyed (hanging together by a smidgen) I bought FLEX TAPE (as seen on TV that is nuclear sticky) and held together & taped. Be careful, it is not repositionable & you have 1 chance to stick it.
