The flash on Nikon P7700 is stuck. It will not pop up.

Thanks James. In my case, the flash does pop up after a few tries. I have to release the latch with a jerk. That helps the flash to pop up. Looks like there is a spring under the flash which has lost its tension with time or maybe the latch might be worn out now.
