You may need to act as if it is normal. Go into settings, if you can, and try checking on the brightness tab. Or you could also replace the LCD which might be damaged. In case nothing is working, you can call Apple at 1-800-MY-APPLE to see if they would know of a solution. P.S. Best Buy is really good for this because I went there for an iTouch malfunction and they fixed it in no time!
My iPod Touch 4th Generation is starting to act up. All of the apps I have downloaded(the ones that dont come pre-installed) are crashing. What should I do?
