the process to replace that cable is extremely difficult and the equipment and solvents required are expensive too (above the $800 Range). you must first separate the front glass from the LCD\Digitizer then de-solder the digitizer cable, then separate the digi and lcd. after that remove the epoxy holding the cable to the lcd then de-solder that, when that's done you will need optically clear adhesive to put everything back together.
