So it’s the same screen? If it’s an aftermarket screen, it may be an error. If not try checking if the pins on either of the screen or the phone are damaged.
Read moreAbout the home button. Sadly the home button won’t work because it is a non physical button, and when you replace it you won’t get Touch ID or functionality back. About the WiFi. Maybe there is a dead spot in your screen that touch won’t work or I am wrong. Maybe a bad WiFi antenna. Hope this helps. Cheers

Maybe one of the pins on the connector on the board are broken? That would be my guess
