In case it gets down for some reason it only said that you must go to device manager>foreach(usb controller)> properties>power management>uncheck(Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power).

Once you did this go to services and disable the razer chroma sdk server.

Make sure you got the last actualization for your synapse software.

Clean your mouse sensor.
