I have a “classic” K-60 Keurig model coffee maker with the coffee grounds on the top K-Cup issue. I went through a lot of sites and You tubes to try to find the fix. I suspected it had to do with the top needle gasket seal. I found this youtube video with a easy fix and voila that was it. Here it is.
