I had the same problem and opened the speaker up and gorilla glued the 100 block back into place and now it works fine. The process was a little long at first because I opened the wrong side first, (battery side), so it’s helpful to watch this video before you begin to know what and where to look: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aUqY9Sjg... You should be able to pop off the speaker cover, unscrew one of the speakers, find the 100 block and glue it down, and then screw everything back in. Also, shame on JBL for creating such a poor body design. With a large cylindrical body and such a narrow base, it’s almost too easy for this thing to roll right off your table, which is exactly what happened.
