Hello Have Update: I teardown speaker, tried to remove the PCB where a potentiometer soldered but couldn't. it's really hard to do without damaging the speaker case, so I left doing it and simply glued it for temporary use because there was very limited access to fix it properly without complete stripping down. Same time I purchased a broken speaker as a spare part and plan to replace and collect one good from two.
