My name is Sara Garland, and I worked on the iFixit Technical Writing Project in partial fulfillment of course requirements for a graduate-level Technical Editing class. My professional interests include editing, proofreading, copywriting, and instructional writing. I am an award-winning photographer and writer who is skilled in the Microsoft Office suite as well as Adobe InDesign, Lightroom, and Photoshop.

I am a current member of the Northeast Arkansas Advertising Federation and the Society for Technical Communication. This project has been very helpful in allowing me to apply skills I have learned in my courses.
