Not sure if this will work but you can try to do esc refresh power button, when you see the screen that says "chrome OS is missing or damaged press ctrl d to enter developer mode then hit space to exit developer mode and hit enter enter and everything should be wiped and you should see a screen that says "sign into your Chromebook" after a few minutes.
