New antenna won't help, I have the exact same problem and tried the antenna change and all I get is better signal to wifi. The network bt card still stops responding every so often. Only thing I can help you with instead of hard resetting everytime hold down the power key till it beeps twice and the ps4 will go into shut down. It's still annoying but it's better than a hard reset. I have never dropped my ps4 either I think it's just old wear and tear, corrupted firmware or incompatable router. Now that I think about it I just swapped my old wifi 5 to wifi 6 i think I might need to separate the 2 4 and 5 ghz bands.
