I have a Satellite A205-S5812 that had windows vista that i up graded to windows professional 7.

I was purchased in 2008.

I forgot to mention that while the computer is running, anytime i plug in the power cord, everything freezes instantly.

Have to unplug the power cord. Force a shut down and restart the computer to continue using it.

The computer only works without the power cord. It will not turn on until i unplug the power cord. I can turn it off and charge it up,

and run it without the power cord until the battery dies. About two hours. how can this happen and better yet. how can i fix it

to use the computer with the power cord plugged in. can anyone help!
