Try pressing down on the plates - you know, the ones you can switch out to customize the console. That could help. If it’s new and still under warranty I would exchange it because you could have one with a faulty fan, or I’ve heard there are 2 different brands of fans they put in. You might have gotten the crappy fan.

Try this. "Was the battery completely discharged when this occurred? If so, try removing the battery, press the power button, plug it in for a moment and insert the battery (while it’s unplugged).
