I would like to know a few things about our laptop. We have a Toshiba Satellite Laptop. The screen keeps going black, then the icons reappear, it keeps saying not responding, it keeps flickering, it is taking a long time connecting to the internet and it keeps freezing. How can we solve these problems? We got told we need to do a Toshiba Satellite Laptop troubleshoot. We don't know how to do this. We have Windows 10.
