Use a black nylon to cover the surface of the sensor

Try to format the phone first SO If it's doesn't work then try to turn it on with the power flex but use the the port go do so If it doesn't respond then service the panel And if doesn't work, the it's the display ic I think this is only way to troubleshoot it
