To remove the fan faster one can skip the screen and modem removal steps (skip from step 15 directly to step 33). The fan removal at that point is very easy and works equally as well

To remove the fan one can skip the following steps and go directly to step 33. It is very simple to just pull out the fan at this point, no need to remove the one remaining metal cover (and therefore not necessary to remove screen and modem and such).
