It took me a little of fiddling to translate your instructions to what I was feeling inside. But once I felt around with the paper clip inside the lock mechanism, I was able to open the lock. Thank you SO much for these instructions! They are great.
Here’s what I might add: Insert the paper clip inside the lock and then feel your way to the top of the lock “teeth” that hold the door shut. Slide the paper clip down against one side until you feel it catch on an indentation. That’s where you want to push down (toward the hinge) while lifting the door at the same time (because it’s not spring-loaded).
