Havent got an answer unfortunately, just replying to say I am in exactly the same position. New digitizer same as the old one, no response at all. Tried all hard resets and restores too. Used a compressor to blow out the socket, nothing. To me its pointing towards a logic board problem, which is obviously not going to be a cheap fix.
Finally solved it, I can confirm that the above error code does indeed relate to the PSU temperature sensor. I have replaced the PSU and the fan is finally behaving itself.

The small right angled grounding piece shown in the final step needs to be tucked under the speaker assembly at the end in the corner. The other end needs to be on top of the speaker assembly plastic.
