Hey not sure if you resolved this issue but from experience i have seen quite a few 24" iMacs where the graphics card is causing the unit to freeze Most commonly the spinning gear under the Apple logo stops spinning and freezes - replacement video card from Apple has fixed the issue Also worth noting that Apple only Have the higher spec video card available as a spare part - the failing one is no longer purchasable :/ Martin
