The video is a bit irritating: it starts opening the back cover and removing the LCD from the frame. It goes on, as if it was necessary to remove components from the frame backside as well. However, if you only want to replace the LCD (broken glass/LCD/touch) then you just need to heat the LCD up and remove it with the plectrum or similar (which may finally destroy the LCD). Removal of circuit boards or battery is not needed! Maybe remove the selfie camera before, to avoid damage. Pushing the spudger through the camera hole against the glass will not work if it is broken btw. The LCD cable can be pulled carefully through the slot at the bottom of the battery. Don’t forget to reuse the old ear speaker cover!
If you ordered a display unit INCLUDING frame then better look up the “Display Replacement“ howto of D. Schnabelrauch… both ways lead to difficulties - either you have the complicated battery removal or the LCD will probably break and can not be put onto shelf for later emergency data recovery operations.
